Libre made lavender wearable for people who thought lavender was a men's note, and the Intense is what happens when that idea is pushed toward dessert. The gap between them is wider than the word implies.
The short answer
The original is the sharper, more herbal one - lavender and orange blossom over clean musk, and the one that reads as daytime. The Intense trades some of that brightness for vanilla and a heavier base: warmer, sweeter, longer, and better after dark.
