What "niche" actually means
Niche describes a perfume house whose main business is fragrance, rather than a fashion or beauty brand that also sells perfume. The word says nothing about quality on its own; it describes how a house works.

Why the originals cost what they cost
The liquid is only one line in the cost of a niche bottle.
